1. Free Trial
iSkool offers a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you have full access to the platform at no cost. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not subscribe after the trial, your account will automatically revert to the free tier.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
No further charges will be made
Your progress and data will be preserved
You can re-subscribe at any time
4. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Within 7 days of first purchase: If you have not already used a trial offer, a full refund will be issued if you are not satisfied with the service. However, if you have already used a trial period, no refunds will be approved.
Technical issues: If you experienced significant technical problems preventing use of the platform, we will consider a pro-rata refund
Duplicate charges: Any duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded in full immediately
5. Mock Exam Purchases
In-person sessions at a test centre: Cancellations are permitted up to 7 days prior to the scheduled session. Please note, a minimal fee will be charged by PayPal/Stripe to process the refund.
Online mock exams: Individual premium mock exam purchases are non-refundable once the exam has been started. If you have purchased a mock exam but have not yet started it, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on this page. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
